Refunds, Returns, and Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within three (3) days after signed agreement from the date of sale, as permitted by law. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Installation and Restocking Fee
In the event of a cancellation after installation has been completed, a $800 Installation and Processing Fee will apply. This fee covers the cost of labor, materials, and administrative expenses associated with the setup of your system.


The balance of the purchase price, minus the Installation and Processing Fee, will be refunded to the customer.

Refund Policy
Refunds are not available beyond the three-day cancellation window unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.


However, if the system fails to meet the performance standards promised at the time of sale — and the company is unable to correct the issue — a full refund will be provided.


Performance failure must be verified through proper testing conducted by our company.

No Other Guarantees
Outside of the conditions listed above, we do not offer any additional guarantees, refunds, or returns.


Soft water sensations such as “slipperiness” are a natural and expected result of water softening and do not qualify as system malfunctions.
